If you are not completely satisfied with your product, return the item in its original condition within 14 days of original shipping date for a full refund, less shipping costs. We cannot accept damaged or soiled items. BLUEBLOOD reserves the right to refuse any return at our discretion.

To return an item, please notify our customer service department at info@bluebloodpups.com or call 877.856.PUPS for a RMA#. Please package the item carefully and include the RMA # on the box. We suggest that you insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been processed.

If you would like to exchange a product, BLUEBLOOD will happily ship the replacement at NO SHIPPING CHARGE to you upon receipt of the original item.

3 DAY SHIPPING is via UPS or FEDEX 3 business day service. On occasion, in very rural areas this service is NOT available. In such cases please allow 4 business days for delivery. Add $10.00 to the cost for Standard.

2 Day SHIPPING is via UPS or FEDEX 2 business day service. On occasion, in very rural areas this service is NOT available. In such cases please allow 3 business days for delivery. Add $15.00 to the cost for Standard.

Next Day SHIPPING is via FEDEX or UPS next day air service. On occasion, in very rural areas this service is NOT available. In such cases please allow 2 business days for delivery. Add $25.00 to the cost for Standard.

BLUEBLOOD is pleased to accept international orders and offers shipping to countries which accept USPS Priority / Express Mail parcels. International orders take 7 - 21 business days to fulfill delivery, and is dependent on your country's customs regulations. Shipping charges are based on the weight of the item(s) shipped to the country of destination.
